1. GLOBAL MISSIONS AND CONTEXT
CODES 83 is a Var-based health promotion organization. Its mission is to promote appropriate behaviour through the use of social marketing techniques. We work with a variety of structures, including hospitals, schools, public institutions, and government agencies, with a team of 30 employees. As a Project Manager, my job was to assist CODES 83 with its digital transition.
• Manage the digital transformation of CODES 83 by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new technologies and design systems that streamlined processes and improved the overall user experience
• Create a new line of products that effectively engaged both the general population and healthcare professionals in public health initiatives. This involved conducting extensive user research and testing to understand their needs and pain points, as well as developing and iterating on a range of design solutions that addressed these issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and research, to ensure the successful execution of product design. This involved effectively communicating design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, and working to resolve any technical or business-related challenges that arose during the design process
• Increased website traffic by 55% by improving the overall user experience and making the website more accessible and intuitive. This increased engagement with the company's products and services while also raising awareness about the significance of public health
• 52% increase of subscribers by creating compelling and visually appealing newsletters. This assisted CODES 83 in keeping customers informed and engaged with the latest developments, allowing the company to build a stronger connection with its target audience
• Developed 6 innovating actions (worth 90k€) in response to COVID-19 that helped CODES 83 to adapt to the new reality. These solutions included new products and services that allowed the company to continue its mission of improving public health, even while facing significant constraints
